About our Director of Events
Hi! My name is Emilie Kershaw, WPICC
I’ve been the Director of Events here since May 2022. As a Certified Wedding Planner, Coordinator & Consultant through The Wedding Planner Institute of Canada, I bring both professional training and a true passion for creating memorable celebrations.
Since 2016, I’ve had the pleasure of working in event planning and coordination with renowned organizations including Hilton, Marriott Hotels, and The Walt Disney World Company. These experiences have given me a strong foundation in delivering seamless, high-quality events of all sizes.
With extensive knowledge in all things events—especially weddings—I would love the opportunity to bring your vision to life and host your special day here!

What is the maximum guest capacity?
180 guests.
Do you host more than one wedding per day?
No! We only host one wedding per day.
Is your venue available year-round?
We are! Our gardens and grounds may be unavailable for photos depending on your desired date, but our halls are always available.
What is required to secure our date?
$2500.0 Deposit with an event contract.
Are there any additional fees we should be aware of?
We charge standard HST 13% on all items in the packages, any consumable items are subject to a 15% Service Charge which goes directly to the staff on site that day.
Can we bring in our own alcohol and food?
We do not allow outside food or beverage into the facility with the exception of a wedding cake.
Do you have a preferred vendor list?
We do! However you are welcome to use any vendors you would like.
